Many people would find it unreasonable to think that professional learning is anything but one person serving as the fountain of knowledge and participants taking it all in with little time to process information. For too long, professional learning has been "Sit and get." The Educational Leadership Collective sets sets up a very different dynamic with school districts and organizations, where they are equal partners in learning.
Peter DeWitt, Ed.D. is the Founder/Director of the Instructional Collective and partners with Michael Nelson on coaching, facilitating workshops, and a monthly hybrid approach to professional learning called the Instructional Leadership Network.
